Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains which personal data we process in connection with our website and our business activities, for what purposes, and what rights you have. We keep data processing to a minimum: this is a static information website.
We are subject to Swiss data protection law — in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) — and, where applicable, foreign data protection law such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we process and why
Contact. If you contact us by email, we process the data you send us — such as your name, email address and the content of your message — in order to respond and to deal with your request. We keep this correspondence for as long as necessary for that purpose or as required by law.
Server log data. When you visit the website, our hosting provider's servers may automatically record technical data that your browser transmits for technical reasons, such as the IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the HTTP status, and information about your browser and operating system. This data is processed to operate the site reliably and securely.
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), to respond to your enquiry or take steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), or on the basis of your consent where you have given it (Art. 6(1)(a)).
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. We do not build user profiles and we do not use tracking pixels.
4. Fonts and external content
Fonts and other assets are served from our own infrastructure. We do not load fonts or other content from third-party content-delivery networks, and we do not embed social media, maps or a newsletter service.
5. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. The website is served over an encrypted connection (TLS / HTTPS). No transmission over the internet can, however, be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Data processing abroad
We process personal data primarily in Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA). Where we use service providers — for example for hosting — data may be processed in other countries. In such cases we ensure an adequate level of protection, for example on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable law, you have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data deleted or its processing restricted, to object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
